Basic Cards 基本牌
In SGS, these three cards are the most common/basic cards.

Zhou Tai 周泰
吴 Wu Kingdom [4 life points] ❤❤❤❤
Abilities
1。Unyielding 不屈： When Zhou Tai's life reaches zero, instead of dying he can use this ability to flip a card face up from the deck. The card is then placed next to him. Every time he takes damage, another card is placed next to him as long as he wishes to keep using this ability. He is not considered dead until two of the cards have the same number at the top. Whenever a new card is played for his ability, someone may choose to use a PEACH [桃]on him to remove that card. He can also use PEACH [桃] on his turn to remove the last placed card.
Extra Notes：
- has the potential to be hit another 14 times before he dies
- fun to play with and if you get to use this ability 8 times in an online game, you get a special title
- i didn't know being so unyielding could help you *cheat* death ~_~'

Xiao Qiao 小乔

Abilities
1。Divine Scent 天香： When you receive any damage, you may discard a Hearts suited card from your hand to send that damage to another character. They can not dodge the damage. After they receive the damage, they draw X amount of cards from the deck, X being the amount of health lost from maximum life. [ie. Xiao Qiao sends one damage to a three hit point Sun Quan. Sun Quan loses one life and is now at two hit points. He is then allowed to draw two cards {or three cards} [if he were the ruler/+1 increase to maximum life]
2。Beauty 红颜 : Any cards that are used by Xiao Qiao or are part of her judgment that are Spades are treated as Hearts instead.
Extra Notes：
- yes what her second ability means is that she can't be hit by LIGHTNING STRIKE 闪电 nor by Zhang Liao's lightning evasion ability 雷击
- it also means that she has a higher chance of escaping from INACTION
- the saying "天香國色" means outstanding beauty and it is obviously intentional that she carries half of the saying in one of her ability and her elder sister carries the other part
- synergizes well with a couple characters notably, Cao Cao [ whenever Cao Cao throws an AOE card down, she can send the damage back to him and he can keep reusing that same AOE as long as Xiao Qiao keeps sending the damage back to him] {not to mention Cao Cao also gets to the draw extra cards because of this ability @_@'

Sun Shang Xiang 孙尚香

Abilities
1。Marriage 结姻： During your action phase, you may choose to discard two cards from your hand and one male character that is not at full health. The both of you regain one hit-point. Can only be used once per turn and [let me say it again!] the male character must not be at full health!
2。Brave Woman 枭姬 : Whenever any of your equipped cards are removed, either by you replacing them, someone using DEMOLISH 过河拆桥, or STEAL 顺手牵羊 or even COLLATERAL 借刀杀人, you can immediately draw two cards from the deck.
Extra Notes：
- her ability to heal teammate and herself as well as to generate a ton of cards if she can keep replacing equipment makes her a popular choice especially in 3v3 matches
- synergizes extremely well with card givers such as Liu Bei and Guo Jia
- in online play it is common for people to refer to your Marriage ability as "睡" that means to sleep.... so yeah.. she's kind of the scandalous character of the game (-_- )

Gan Ning 甘宁
吴 Wu Kingdom [4 life points] ❤❤❤❤
Abilities
1。Incursion 奇袭： During your action phase, you may use Spades and Clubs suited cards as DEMOLISH 过河拆桥. There is no limit to the amount of times you can use this ability.
Extra Notes：
- decent ability, can really ruin someone's plans by destroying either their equipment or their hands.
- card destruction comes in handy for 3v3 situations and hence he is a relatively common pick in 3v3 [Liu Bei/Guo Jia can give him Spades/Clubs for him to break stuff] ^-^

Abilities
1。Self Control 克己： During your turn if you did not play any KILL ［杀］ cards, you may use this ability to skip your Discard Phase. This means that as long as Lu Meng doesn't use any KILLs he can keep getting more and more cards.
Extra Notes：
- his ability to keep cards and keep his identity secret is what makes Lu Meng semi dangerous in this game
- pretty much he just turtles until he can get a Zhuge Crossbow 诸葛连弩 and wreck havoc ^-^''
- not a big fan of him to be honest hehe...

Abilities
1。Desperate Measure 苦肉： During your action phase, you may use this ability to lose one health and then draw two cards. You can use this ability as many times as you want..... can even be used to suicide......
Extra Notes：
- it's never good news when this guy is sitting next to you....... there's usually like an 80% chance this guy will just explode and keep taking damage until he gets his Zhuge Crossbow 诸葛连弩 and takes out a bunch of people
- of the games I've played online 80% of the time this guy is a Rebel 反贼
- combos extremely well with Hua Tuo's healing
- Hua Tuo, Huang Gai, Guo Jia [or another decent filler or card giver] is one of the lamest 3v3 combos because there's usually a decent chance of winning in the first round
